Guy Garland '36 has gained the Lowell House golf championship by defeating John D. Woodberry '35, one up, in the final round at the Belmont Springs Golf course.
In order to finish the tournament without delay, both a semi-final and the final match were played at once. Woodberry still had his semi-final round to play with Elliott K. Shapira '35 on Wednesday, so all three men went around together, and at the end it developed that Woodberry had beaton Shapira and Garland had vanquished Woodberry so the former was the champion.
