In an extremely rough and poorly played game, the Harvard Junior Varsity basketball team yesterday defeated the Northeastern Jayvee Quintet, 22-17.

After a slow start, the score rose rapidly in the last quarter, due to many long shots sinking from all angles of the court. Mathias was high scorer with seven points. After a slow start, the Harvard Freshman basketball team decisively defeated the Harvard Junior Varsity Quintet Tuesday afternoon in the Indoor Athletic Building, 28-18.

Fighting desperately the first half, the Jayvees held the first year men to a 12-8 lead at the end of the period. In the second half, however, the Freshmen broke away, and with G. V.
