Manley O. Hudson, Bemis Professor of International Law at the Harvard Law School, will preside at the annual luncheon of the Foreign Policy Association, which will be held at the Copley Plaza Hotel, Saturday afternoon.
Preceding the luncheon there will be a meeting in the Foyer at which J. H. William, professor of Economics, will deliver an address on the subject, "Is Paying for the War Bankrupting the World?" Professor Williams will speak for the interests of America, while J. W. Angell, professor of Economics at Columbia University, will present the cause of the European powers in the question.
