All members of the University are reminded that today is the closing date for payment of the second term bill. Any student whose indebtedness to the University remains unpaid on the date fixed for payment is deprived of the privileges of the University until he is reinstated. Reinstatement is obtained only by consent of the Dean of the Department in which the student is enrolled after payment of all indebtedness and a reinstatement fee of $10.
