Use of the cafeteria recently opened in Eliot House will be "rigidly restricted to members of the seven Houses", R. B. Merriman '96, Master of Eliot House, stated yesterday. Cash payments are not allowed, and only the signatures of members of the Houses will be accepted on the slips.
