COACH DAVIDSON CUTS 1934 BASEBALL SQUAD

Thirty-One Men Survive First Slash of Season--Outdoor Work Will Start in About 10 Days

Thirty-one freshmen survived the first baseball cut made by Coach Davidson last Friday after practice. The squad now includes four pitchers eight catchers two first-basemen four second-basemen four third-basemen two shortstops and nine outfielders. This squad is to be retained until the coach has a chance to see the men in outdoor work, which is to start in about ten days.
