Freshman Riders Lose Hard Game to Battery A

Going down to defeat before a hard riding trio of Battery A polo players, the Harvard Freshman polo team lost in the Commonwealth Armory in Boston on Saturday night. The malletmen were at the small end of an 8 to 16 1-2 point score when the game in the Greater Boston Class B League came to a close.

The play of G. C. Clark '29, former Harvard star helped the artillarymen in downing the Freshmen, and the his riding and quick shooting confused the Crimson aggregation despite the cool-headed stick work of Captain T. J. Davis '35.
