The presidents of the various House Committees will be guests of honor at a Christmas dinner to be given at Kirkland House on the evening of December 15. At the guest table will sit the Master. Associates and undergraduate committee of the house, and it is expected that after-dinner speeches will be given. Following the dinner the Harvard Glee Club will give a short concert, the program for which has not been drawn up. House members are not permitted to bring guests to this dinner.
On December 9 the Chardon Spring Quartet will give a varied program of music including compositions of Mozart, Brahms, and a modern Spanish suite by Turina. The quartet is composed of members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and is led by Mr. Chardon, the first violinist.
