A strong Tech wrestling team is conceded a slight edge over the University grapplers when the two groups of matmen clash in the New Indoor Athletic Building tonight at 8 'clock. The rival Freshman teams will go on the mat at 7 o'clock and the Crimson first year men are expected to put on a good exhibition. It will be the initial match of the season for both Harvard teams.
Rely on Klein, Ames, and Goddard
Klein, Ames, and Goddard are regarded as the strongest props of the teams. Klein went through last season's meets undefeated until he reached the National Intercollegiates. Ames was the acknowledged star of the Freshman matmen, winning all his bouts, and Goddard is a grappler with an excellent year of University wrestling behind him.
The Freshman wrestlers will be as follows: 128-pound class, S. L. Washburn; 125-pound class, G. T. Wagner; 135-pound class, D. V. McGranahan; 145-pound class, J. P. Lardner; 155- pound class, H. J. Young; 165-pound class, R. W. Emory; 175-pound class, H. A. Raff; heavy-weight, A. Aranson.
