Announcement has been made of the election to the editorial board of the Harvard Law Review of 16 second year students, and five third year men, who will write cases and notes for the Review for the approaching year. The elections are based entirely on the rankings during the last year and only the first 16, which rate the highest in the second year are elected, resulting in an editorial board of only 'A' students.

The students elected to the board this fall are as follows: Vernon Barrett 2L, J. R. Bentley 2L, P. J. M. Cleveland 2L, D. B. Haxter 2L, J. M. Irvine Jr. 2L, C. R. Kaufman 2L, D. L. Landy 2L, Jacob Lewiton 2L, W. B. Lockhart 2L, E. E. Myers Jr. 2L, R. G. Pettingill 2L, G. A. Reilly 2L, M. M. Schmitzer 2L, F. C. Scribner Jr. 2L, T. N. Stokes 2L, H. E. Wooster 2L.

The third year students elected to the board are: R. E. Guggenheim 3L, Telford Taylor 3L, F. A. Datson 3L, Louis Newman 3L, J. F. Davis 3L.

The Harvard Law Review is a monthly publication brought out by the members of the Law School, who contribute cases and briefs. Considered the leading magazine of its kind, articles by eminent authorities in law also appear in it.
