THREE MINOR TEAMS WIN VICTORIES ON SATURDAY

GOLFERS DEREAT DARTMOUTH IN CLOSE MATCH, 6 TO 3

The University lacrosse, tennis, and golf teams won victories from Williams, Brown, and Dartmouth respectively, Saturday afternoon.

The golfers had the closest match, winning 6 to 3 against the Big Green. Two of the individual matches were carried to extra holes before being decided in favor of Harvard.

Individual matches--Mullan (D) defeated C. L. Stover Jr. '30, 6 and 5: C. S. Eaton '32 defeated Cheney (D) 2 up: Captain Phillips Finlay '31 defeated Shields (D) 1 up (12 holes): Smith (D) defeated L.D. Wood '31, 3 and 1: J.B. Baldwin '31 defeated McPhail, (D), 5 and 4: W. P. Arnold '31 defeated Ekstrom (D), 1 up (20 holes).

Foursomes--Finlay and Arnold defeated Shields and Ekstrom (D), 2 up: Cheney and Mullan (D) defeated Eaton and Stover, 4 and 3: Baldwin and Wood defeated McPhail and Smith (D), 3 and 1.
