Nineteen residents of Boston and Cambridge, more than half of whom are members of the faculty of Harvard University, are among the 400 or more scientists throughout the country who have been working for the last year on a science them for the Chicago World's Fair. The Fair, which is to be held in 1933, will commemorate a century of progress since the year 1933 when Chicago became a city.

The science them will take the form of striking and dramatic exhibits displayed in several buildings, among which will be a central hall or temple of science. The 400 scientists have been divided by the Science Advisory Committee into 32 groups, each representing a separate science.

Professor E. V. Huntington '95, head of the mathematics department of Harvard, has been named chairman of the World's Fair science committee on mathematics. Associated with him on the committee are Professors O. D. Kellogg and H. T. Davis of the University.

Other faculty members of the science groups are Professor A. M. Tozzer '00, on the anthropology committee; Professor Kirk Bryan, geology; Professor K. F. Mather, geology; Professor R. D. C. Ward '89, general geology; Dr. C. K. Drinker, physiology; Dr. H. B. Bigelow '01, curator of oceanography, biography, and Dr. L. M. S. Miner, dean of the Harvard dental department in Boston.
