STRADIVARIUS QUARTET GIVES ITS LAST CONCERT

VARIED PROGRAM BEGINS WITH BEETHOVEN WORK

The Stradivarius Quartet will present their last public concert of the season in the Court of the Fogg Art Museum tonight at 8.30 o'clock, under the auspices of the Division of Music and the Fogg Art Museum.

This is the fourth concert of the season of this Quartet and a large audience is expected. Their popularity has increased with each presentation. Two of its members were formerly members of the Flonzaley Quartet, which was one of the most famous that American music circles has known. These members are: Alfred Pochon, second violin, and Nicolas Moldavan, viola. The other two members are Wolfe Wolfinsohn, first violin, and Gerald Warburg, violoncello. These artists have been fortunate enough to have four Stradivarius instruments placed at their disposal.

Gerald Warburg, the cellist of the Quartet, studied at Harvard at one time, and is now with the quartet after an extensive European tour.
