When the Crusaders of Holy Cross line up against Harvard in the Stadium on Saturday the Crimson team will again be at full strength. In the scrimmage on Monday and the practice yesterday, the two regulars who missed the Michigan game, Harding and Richards, were in uniform and are ready to play against Holy Cross.
Richards resumed his post at left tackle yesterday but it is not at all certain that he will start there. With Trafford and Kales both playing at top form, a three cornered battle is now going on for Harvard's two tackle positions. Harding remained out of the dummy scrimmage yesterday, but will probably line up at one end with Moushegian at the opposite wing.
First Team Will Start
The Crimson coaches are not taking the battle with the Crusaders lightly, and have announced that the first Harvard team will start Saturday's game. Despite two losses to Fordham and Brown. Holy Cross has its usual strong team, and should furnish the Crimson plenty of opposition.
Yesterday's drill, coming right after the regular scrimmage on Monday, was light, concentrating on the fundamentals. It was the same work that has been given the squad during the past few weeks and was concluded with a long drill on forward and lateral passing, besides the usual signal drill.
See Movies of Michigan Game
After the practice, the team dressed and then repaired to the reception room of the New Dillon Field House, where movies of the Michigan game were shown. Coach Horween and his staff of assistants criticized and praised the various plays as they came upon the screen. It was the first time that the Field House has ever been used for this purpose.
