The first two-man triple play in college baseball ranks this season marked the otherwise loosely-played Dean Academy-Harvard Seconds game, which the invaders won by the score of 6 to 2. With a man on first and second, the batter hit a line drive to T. G. O'Neil '30, second baseman, who touched second and threw to first for the third putout.
Collier went the whole route for Dean, fanning ten. Harvard never threatened except in the seventh when three hits put two runs across after two were out. Both teams made only five hits apiece, but the visitors were able to capitalize the four Harvard errors to win.
