Announcement of holders of traveling fellowships and scholarships for the current school year in the Harvard Graduate School of Architecture was made recently by G. H. Edgell '09, dean of the school.
The Nelson Robinson, Jr. Traveling Fellowship, established by the President and Fellows of Harvard College for 18 months of travel and study, is now held by James. Leonard Cannon '26, Julla Amory Appleton Fellowships, also for 18 months of travel and study, are held by Chester Orville Root and Cari Theodore Larson '25. Ralph Grady Gulley is holding one of the Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellowships.
The Austin Scholarships in Architecture have been received by George Katsutoshi Nakashima 1 S.A., Ross Lloyd Snedaker 3 S. A., Russell Train Smith 3 S.A., and T. Gerald Kronick 2 S. A. Harold Douglass Hill 3 S.A. has been awarded a Joseph Evelith Scholarship, and Gordon Titus Rideout is the holder of a Frederick E. Parlin award.
Special students who have received scholarships are Ernest Akam 2. S.A., Daniel Boyd Cathcart 2 S.A., and Artbur Albert Thompson 1 S.A.,
University Scholarships have been awarded to George Francis Robinson Heap '28, Walter John Arthur Huchthausen 2 S.A., and William Stewart Rogers 2 S.A. The Harvard Club of San Francisco Scholarship is held by Chester Orville Root.
