Split Teams Debate
The system of debating to be used in the contest with the New Jersey Law School is that of split teams, where two men from each school speak on each team, giving each school an equal representation on both affirmative and negative sides. The method of selecting teams in the University is also new this year. A squad has been selected from which a team will be chosen prior to each debate of the season. Men who do not place on an inter-school debate will have an opportunity to improve their speaking before the next debate, and win a post on a later team.
