The eleventh group of First Year Law Courts will receive their assignments today. For these clubs briefs are due on February 4 and the arguments will be held at 7.30 o'clock on February 11 at the places specified with the exception of Docket number 118 which meets at 2 o'clock. The plaintiff is mentioned first in the following summaries.
Docket number 117 is the Pollock Club (Robinson, Gobin) versus the Lowell Club (Mandelker, Keyserling). The meeting will be at 12 Sumner Road with R. A. Efroymson 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 118 is the J. Smith Club (Arps, Owens) versus the Marshall Club (Curtis, B. Thompson). The meeting will be in Austin Hall East at 2 o'clock with Professor McCurdy as chief justice.
Docket number 119 is the Pitney Club (Leavens, Ottenheimer) versus the Sutherland Club (Franke, Gleason). The meeting will be at 12 Perkins Hall with R. L. Rice 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 120 is the Macclesfield Club (Swezey, Ennis) versus the Pound Club (Bull, Duber). The meeting will be at Lincoln's Inn with N. M. Field 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 121 is the Powell club (Burnam, Bolster) versus the Margruder Club (Lamy, Kelly). The meeting will be in Austin Hall East with T. R. Wickersham 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 122 is the Powell Club (Burnam, Bolster) versus the Magruder Club (Lamy, Kelly). The meeting will be in Austin Hall East with T. R. Wickersham 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 123 is the Edward Warren Club (Elliott, Jenkins) versus the Reading Club (Exum, Myers). The meeting will be at 64 Oxford Street with W. F. Whitman 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 124 is the Burke Club (McShane, Cashman) versus the Gladstone Club (Klausner, Lussier). The meeting will be at 41 Little Hall with Alfred Thomas 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 125 is the Sayre Club (Dolan, Kennedy) versus the AmesGray Club (Putney, Williams). The meeting will be at the Chancery Club with R. H. Field 3L as chief justice.
Docket number 126 is the Hardwicke Club (Hoffman, Petkun) versus the Austin Club (Rueter, Milton). The meeting will be in Austin Hall West with E. E. Clark 2L as chief justice.
