The eighth series of first year law courts will receive their assignments today. For these clubs briefs are due on January 30 and the arguments will take place at 7.30 o'clock on February 6 at the places specified. In the following summaries the plaintiff is the first named club.

Docket number 83 is the Marshall Club (Leggett, Shay) versus the Fultton Club (FitzGerald, Monahan). The meeting will be at Phillips Brooks House with W. D. Johnson 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 84 is the Pound Club (Bennett, Green) versus the St. Leonards Club (Norman, McIlvaine). The meeting will be at 38 Weld Hall with J. P. Tumulty 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 35 is the Story Club (Smith, Maddox) versus the Lincoln Club (Orr, Haddad). The meeting will be at Lincoln's Inn with W. H. Avery 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 36 is the Parke Club (Jones, Morgan) versus the Darrow Club (Shaw, Goldenburg). The meeting will be at 474 Broadway with Samuel Joseph 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 87 is the J. Smith Club (Holland, Nuessel) versus the Nelson Club (Foss, Atwell). The meeting will be at the Chancery Club with A. A. McKinnon 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 88 is the Sargent Club (Cochran, Keefe) versus the Magruder Club (Callagy, Arcese). The meeting will be at 40 Kirkland Street with Paul Martinson 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 89 is the Taft Club (Hafer, Eckstein) versus the Sutherland Club (Douglass, Chapman). The meeting will be at the Chancery Club with S. E. Beattle 21, as chief justice.

Docket number 90 is the Pollock Club (Hubbard, Hicks) versus the Gladstone Club (Nair, Lobo). The meeting will be at 14 Summer Road with Ira Koenig 3L as chief justice.

Docket number 91 is the Seavey Club (Friedman, Rosenfeld) versus the Powell Club (Rae, Blake). The meeting will be in Austin Hall East with Professor James as chief justice.
