The annual winter meeting of the Harvard. Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa will be held in the Union at 6.30 o'clock on Tuesday evening. President Lowell and other members of the Chapter will speak, and it is expected that Dr. W. S. Thayer '35, president of the Chapter, will preside.
