1931 CLASS FINANCES SHOW PROFIT BALANCE FOR YEAR

Jubilee Committee Has Deficit of $360 Instead of $600

That the 1931 Freshman Jubilee Committee lost only $360, instead of the $600 loss attributed to it, has been recently announced.

This is regarded as a satisfactory result inasmuch as the Jubilee of the Class of 1930 lost $800, and Committees previous to this one have generally been in arrears to the extent of $1000.

The deficit in the finances of the Class or 31 was made up by the profits made from the sale of the Freshman Red Book. Last year's Year Book was also one of the most successful produced in the past few seasons.

The Freshman Smoker and the losses from the Jubilee were both paid for out of the Red Book funds, and at the present date the Sophomore Class is approximately $163 ahead of its expenses.
