Majestic at 8.10--"Hold Everything." Don't hold yourself back from going to this. Nowadays a lively, funny, amusing comedy is not to the passed by.
Shubert at 8.15--"The Queen's Taste." Reviewed in this issue.
Plymouth at 8.15--"Paris Bound." An excellent comedy dealing in an intelligent way with an interesting subject.
Wilbur at 8.10--"Take the Air." Will Mahoney as the good cigar in a rather plain wrapper.
Hollis at 8.20--"Draoula." Go on a bat and see the vampires.
Tremont at 8.15--"Just a Minute." Quite-funny but not as good as No. 1 on this list.
Colonial at 8.20--"Thurston the Great Magician." The great sensation is the vanishing Whippet car and ten beautiful girls. That's just it,--the car vanished, and the ten little girls had to walk home.
Coming Attractions
Majestic, October 8--"The Silent House." Just about the most ham thriller ever staged.
Colonial, October 8--"Americana." A new revue by J. P. McEvoy, who has been known to produce some clever things in the past.
Holiis, October 22--"The Bachelor Father." This is a long way off, but a word now is in order. It is the best comedy that will strike Boston for a long, long time, but because of its nature may be a little altered after the opening night. Those in the know will go that night.
Motion Pictures
Metropolitan--"The Fleet's In." In pretty bad, too.
Loew's State--"Our Dancing Daughters." Hey, hey!
