Today the Freshmen skaters will pack their sticks and skates and adjourn to Southboro, where they will face a St. Mark's team this afternoon, if the weather permits.
Two of Coach William Mickles first string men, both on the offense, will be unable to play in the game. F. M. Pruyn '31, whom the coach considers as one of the best shots on the squad is definitely off the ice for several weeks, because of an injury to his back, and J. B. Garrison '31, is still layed up with a cut received recently.
It is difficult to judge the Freshmen skaters as they had but little opposition in their initial combat with Belmont School last Wednesday.
The St. Mark's School players have had several games on their schedule this year, but poor ice conditions in Southboro have prevented them from playing. What little practice they have had has been limited to a small ice surface, held on the frozen school swimming pool, according to reports from St. Marks last night.
