MYOPIA QUARTET BEATS CRIMSON RIDERS AGAIN

HARVARD LINEUP REMAINS SAME THROUGHOUT CONTEST

The University polo quartet engaged the Myopia players yesterday afternoon at Myopia in the second of the series of practice matches between the two teams. The nature of the contest was decidedly informal, the Myopia mallet wielders shifting their line-up several times and no definite form of play being followed or final score kept.

For three periods soon after the opening of the practice Myopia kept its strongest combination intact, giving the Crimson riders a five point handicap. During these three periods the University team scored another goal while the Myopia four made seven tallies to make a total 7 to 6 score.

The Crimson line-up was the same as that which played on the same course last Monday: Gage Irving '27, forward; J. P. Cotton '29, 2; W. H. White '28, 3, and J. P. Mandell, back. The Myopia combination which faced the University during the three periods of regular play was composed of Frederick Ayer '11, forward; H. M. East, 2; Q. A. S. McKean '13, 3; H. P. McKean '13, back. On Saturday the two teams will clash again in an informal encounter, this time on the Princemere course at Beverly Farms.
