The Harvard nine will enter its twenty-third diamond contest of the season this afternoon when it meets the Villanova team on Soldiers Field at four o'clock this afternoon.

The record of the visitors is not particularly impressive and the University ball players should have little serious opposition to stand in the way of a twentieth win for the season. The Villanova group has been beaten by Holy Cross and Boston College in its trip through New England, both nines which have fallen before the Crimson sluggers.

F. B. Cutts '28 and Willard Howard '28 are the pair from which the Harvard twirler to face the invading batters will be chosen. Cutts work in the box this spring has been erratic, although his side arm delivery has generally proved baffling to opposing batsmen. Howard was recently converted into a pitcher and in his lone performance against Williams a fortnight ago, he allowed only a brace of hits.

Hensell or Crane will be on the mound for Villanova.
