Harvard: The chairman of the Student Council apparently racked his brains to think of a restriction of any kind and seached diligently through a booklet entitled Regulations for Students in Harvard College. Then he referred us to page 14, whereon, with bated breath, we read the following underlined words: "No student shall keep a dog in a college building." Vassar Miscellany News, April 27
