Three additions to the University baseball schedule have been announced by the H. A. A. bringing the total of games listed for the Crimson nine to thirty-six, the most ambitions schedule ever undertaken by a Harvard baseball team.
A double-header, the first in the history of baseball at Harvard, has been scheduled for May 20, when the University nine will meet a team from Waseda University from Japan and a nine composed of Crimson alumni. The last time the Nipponese players met Harvard was in 1921, when they suffered 5 to 6 defeat.
Many former Crimson stars will be found in the Alumni line-up Among them are E. W. Mahan '16, R. W. Fmmons '21, G. N. Abbott '14, Lee Todd '26, and N. C. Curic '16.
The other addition to the schedule is a game with Randolph Macon, to be played on April 19 in the course of the Southern trip. The only-previous same with the Southern institution was in 1906 and was won by Harvard 7 to 8.
