This afternoon in the Freshman gymnasium at 3 o'clock the Exeter quintet will meet a revamped Freshman five, which will have the support of its captain, H. T. Wenner '30 for the first time since his election.

Wenner star left forward of the early season suffered a sprained ankle shortly after his election and did not participate in his team's last two games. His return to the line up will give the 1930 quintet a more hopeful outlook in this afternoon's game.

Forward Line Improved

J. H. Ward '30 at forward and H. L. Waterman '30 rangy center will cooperate with Wenner in carrying the Crimson attack. This combination should be an improvement over the forward line which lacked the driving power to penetrate the strong Milton defense in the last game of the first year men.

Coach A. W. Samborski '25 has discovered a new left guard in Lewis who has come to the front in the last two weeks and will answer the opening whistle with La Rue to ward off the Exonian attack.

Exeter Beat Hebron

The strength of the schoolboy basket tossers in problematical. After trading throughout most of the first half in a hard fought game the Academy team defeated Hebron Academy last Saturday evening by a score of 40-33. Thompson Maier and Samborski the latter a brother of the Freshman coach are the mainstays of their team.

Today's game will be the fifth for the Freshman, who now have two victories and two defeats to their account. They defeated M. I. T. and Choate and lost to Cushing and Milton.
