"The Principles of Zoning" will be the topic of E. M. Bassett, Chairman of the Heights of Buildings Commission, New York, and President of the National Conference on City Planning in Robinson Hall at 4 o'clock today.
This will be the fifth of the series of lectures on City Planning, which are being given under the auspices of the School of Landscape Architecture.
