With the installation of a new electrical plant in Pierce Hall of the Engineering School, four times the previous direct current will be provided for laboratory evperiments. The plant, which will be received at the School today, includes a 200 kilowatt generator driven by a 290 horse-power alternating current motor, and will be ready for use within a week.
