Prominent jurists from many parts of the country have been secured by the Law School as judges of the semi-finals and finals of the Ames Competition. The semi-finals will be held on November 16 and 17, while the final arguments will be presented on January 20.

The judges who have accepted the invitation of the Law School include two chief justices, the presiding judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, and the presiding judge of the Court of Appeals in Ohio.

Hon. William Clark '11, United States District Judge for New Jersey, and Hon. J. A. Lowell '91. United States Judge for Massachusetts, have signified their willingness to judge the semi-final arguments on November 17. One more judge will be needed, but has not as yet been secured.

The second semi-final arguments on November 18 will be judged by Hon. L. C. Crouch, of the Appellate division of the Supreme Court of New York, Hon. J. L. Allread of the Court of Appeals of Ohio, and Hon. T. D. Thacher, United States District Judge for New York.

Hon. C. W. Pound of the New York Court of Appeals, Hon. D. E. Campbell, Chief Justice of South Dakota, and Hon. W. I. McCoy, Chief Justice of the District of Columbia, will judge the final arguments.
