Professor A. E. Kennelly of the Harvard Enginering School has been invited to attend the International. Radiotelegraph Conference, at Washington, D. C., as one of the 14 national delegates. W. K. Castle, Jr., '00, Assistant Secretary of State, is also one of the American delegates.
The chief purpose of the world conference on radio is to amend the international Radiotelegraph Convention, signed at London, July 5, 1912. Invitations have been extended by the Government of the United States to all the countries signatory to the International Radiotelegraph convention. To date, 46 countries have accepted the invitation.
Dr. E. C. Wynno '17 instructor in Government at the University has been in Washington for the last month preparing for the convention.
