A series of tea dances, to be held at the Union after every football game, has been announced by W. L. Stone '26, graduate secretary of the Union. The dances will last from 5 until 7 o'clock. Tickets will be sold at Leavitt and Peirce and at the Union newsstand for $1.35 per ticket.
The first dance, which will follow the Geneva game on Saturday, will be open to all members of the University contrary to the general practice, which will be hereafter to exclude all save members of the Union. For the first dance, Jacques Renard and his Lido Ven cr or orchestra will supply the music. Other well known orchestras will be engaged for the rest of the tea-dances.
A change has been made in the arrangements for the dance which are distinct improvements over last year. The Room for sitting out dances has been provided with comfortable chairs where couples may sit and listen to the music without the disadvantage of a crowd around them. Plans are also made to throw open the porch for dancing, provided the day is warm enough.
