The University track season reaches an early season pinnacle this week when the Crimson representatives perform in two meets, the Millrose A. C. games in New York, Thursday and the B. A. A. games in Boston Saturday evening.

Only three men will make the trip to New York, and Coach Farrell has delegated Miller, Burns and Watters, as the Crimson representatives in the Millrose games. Miller and Burns will face the same stellar opposition Thursday night that was encountered in the K. of C. meet, with a few additions. Besides Houben, the German star, and Hussey of Boston College, Clark, a former intercollegiate champion while at Johns Hopkins, and Lecony, former Lafayette and Olympic flyer and also an ex-titlist, will answer the gun in the dash. This is one of the most formidable fields to be assembled since last spring. It should give Miller a chance to show his speed, and it is hoped that Burns will overcome the detriment of his football injury.

Watters in the Haughton 600 yards will attempt to gain a leg the trophy recently presented in memory of P. D. Haughton '99. He will have the same opposition which Haggerty ran up against Saturday night over the same distance. Leness of M. I. T. who beat Haggerty, has twice trailed Watters in outdoor meets in years past.

Plans are still in the air as to who will leave the mark for the University in the four relays to be held at the B. A. A. meet Saturday night. There will be a University two-mile relay against Yale, also a Freshman relay over half the distance. M. I. T. will race against the University in a one mile affair, as a supplement to the Tech relays, when the men did not run in more than one race, and only six races could be staged.

The dash events will Miller and Burns entered against the same galaxy of stars listed in New York, and their ability will meet another acid test. Luttman has been entered in the Hunter mile, but it is possible that Coach Farrell will save him for the relay.

Combs and Clark have been put down for the pole vault and will have to leap higher than Hoff, the Norwegian champion, in order to win. Another champion will be found in Osborne, World's high jump record-holder, with whom Jones will have to contend, Christiansen, the Scandinavian flash will hop the barriers against Ballantyne and Clark of the University. Hall and Boyce have been listed in the 1000-yard handicap race.
