THIRD DIVISIONAL TEA FALLS TO HISTORY'S LOT

RECEPTION AT 4.30 O'CLOCK IN LIVING ROOM

The Eaculties of the Department of History, Government, Economics, History and Literature, Classics, and Indic Philology will be hosts to the students of the University in the third of a series of University teas to be held in the Living Room of the Union from 4.30 to 6 o'clock today.

Although any Harvard student may attend if he so desires, this tea is intended primarily for those who are doing work in the fields of History and the Classics. The purpose of the teas is to give the students in the University an opportunity to meet members of the Faculty and their wives at an informal gathering.

Six Teas Are Scheduled

The Faculty has been divided into six groups, each of which will be especially invited to one tea. This arrangement will make it possible for students to know who will be present on specific days, so that the may come to the teas when there are members of the Faculty whom they wish to meet.

The committee wishes to make it clear not only that all members of the Faculty are welcome at all the teas but that all members of the Faculty, as hosts, are responsible for the success of the teas. The committee requests that professors and tutors announce to their students the date on which their department is to be represented.
