A ninety-yard dash for a touchdown in the last minute of play did not save the Fourth Estate from going down to defeat before the league-leading Randolph Ramblers in their touch football game yesterday. It was the opening engagement for the Fourth Estate, who were handicapped by the absence of two regulars.
In the other encounter of the afternoon, the Apthorp Apostates and the Holy Rollers played a 1 to 1 tie, and the Missionaries won by default from the Gore Hall Gadflies.
