The will of Miss Amy Lowell, filed yesterday in the Probate Court, was found to contain among other provisions a bequest to the University of her entire personal library. Besides a number of other literary treasures, the library is expected to include Miss Lowell's unequaled collection of Keatsiana. Keats was the subject of much study on the part of Miss Lowell and the wealth of material which she had gathered on his life and works is not to be rivalled by that of any other collector.
A number of personal legacies were made in the will, and the residue of Miss Lowell's estate was bequeathed to Widener Library for the purpose of buying books.
