An informal dance at 28 Plympton Street, sanctioned, it was said, by the Proctor of Russell Hall, was broken up by four uniformed policemen shortly after midnight last night. The attention of the officers had been attracted by a barrage of ink bottles, rocks, victor records, that had been hurled at the dancing revellers by the sleepy occupants of the nearby dormitories.
