CRIMSON WRESTLING TEAM WILL OPPOSE COLUMBIA

1928 TEAM TO MEET M. I. T. THIS AFTERNOON

The University wrestling team will defend its brilliant record against the onslaughts of the Columbia grapplers at 4 o'clock this afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium, while the 1928 team will oppose the M. I. T. Freshmen at 3 o'clock.

When questioned by a CRIMSON reporter, Coach Lewis declared, "I am sure that the University team will come through in fine style and preserve its record of being undefeated. I believe this year's team to be stronger than last in every class. At this time last year, Harvard had 49 points to its opponents' 30, but this year we stand 65 to 14."

Harvard has won all three of its meets with M. I. T., Springfield, and Norwich, Columbia, with one more meet, has lost to the University of Pennsylvania 11 to 16, and defeated City College of New York 14 to 6, Brooklyn Polytechnic 25 to 0, and Syracuse 14 to 13, amassing a total of 64 points to opponents' 35.

The University team, declares Coach Lewis, is in good condition for the fray. Lacking F. B. Hill '25, who is still out with grippe, the Crimson line-up will contain Milton Krook '25, B. J. Goldberg '26, Carl Stearns '26, R. D. Harmon '26, H. R. Wood '27, F. B. Hayne '26, and C. H. Bradford '26.
