Procedure to Follow That of State Courts--Officials Chosen

A mock trial is to be held at Langley Center, in the Law school, on January 14 and 15 at 2 o'clock. Its purpose is to make the Law School men realize how a trial is worked out.

A similar trial was conducted several years ago by Professor J. Mac A. Maguire, as a part of his Evidence course. However, the present affair is being sponsored by the students.

The procedure will follow step by step as far as possible the mechanism of the State Court.

Open to Undergraduates

It is hoped that Faneuil Adams '20, son of the late librarian, Edward B. Adams '92, will act as clerk of the court. The trial will be open to all Law School men and those Juniors and Seniors who intend to study law.
