A record in long-distance travelling may be set if W. P. Dixon '25 and possibly other members of the University squash team carry out their plans to enter the Canadian squash championships, which begin on February 6. As the University's matches with Yale take place the next day, the Crimson squash players will have to spend two successive nights on the train. After playing their first round matches in Montreal, they will have to return here the next day to play with Yale, and then journey back to Montreal in time to play their second matches on February 8.

The opening of the state individual squash racquets championship, in which many University players are planning to compete, has been shifted from February 2 to January 26. This change was made so that play will be over in time for the winner to enter the national tournament at Buffalo which begins February 21.
