A further endorsement of the campaign to extend the national service of the University is contained in the resolution of approval passed by the Directors of the Harvard Alumni Association, and the appointment of a representative to serve on the Committee raising the money.
They voted to "express their unqualified approval of the campaign now being inaugurated to secure funds for the University, especially in connection with the departments of Chemistry, Fine Arts, and the Graduate School of Business Administration."
It was also voted to elect Mr. C. C. Stillman '98, of New York City as representative of the Alumni Association on the Committee charged with the collection of the fund.
