Mayor E. W. Quinn of Cambridge will be the principal speaker when students from foreign countries at the University and M. I. T. gather at 8 o'clock this evening in the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. to meet Cambridge people, according to an announcement made last night by W. B. Macomber '26, chairman of the Foreign Students' Committee of the Brooks House.
