Sir Harry Lauder will speak to members of the Union at luncheon in the Union Living Room today. He will be present at the luncheon as the Union's guest, and the subject of his talk will be drawn from his experiences as an entertainer, singer, and lecturer the world over. He will be introduced by Professor George Pierce Baker '87.
The luncheon will begin at 12.30 o'clock, and it is likely that Sir Harry will talk at about 1 o'clock. Since he is to appear at a matinee in Boston this afternoon, his speech will necessarily be brief.
Sir Harry is now returning to England from a tour of Australasia and the United States. This present trip is only one of many that he has made in this country during the last sixteen years. As a result of his observations and knowledge of Englishmen and Americans, he is a staunch supporter of Anglo-American amity and union. It is probable that his talk today will touch on this subject.
