Dr. William H. Welch H'00, director of the School of Hygiene and Public Health of John Hopkins University, will deliver the annual Sedgwick Memorial Lecture in Huntington Hall, Boston, on Friday, January 25. His subject will be "The Foundations of Public Health." This lecture was established in memory of Professor William Thompson Sedgwick, one of the founders of the Harvard-Technology School of Public Health.
