APPLETON WILL HOLD CHRISTMAS SERVICES

CHILDREN WILL BRING TOYS AND GIFTS FOR POOR

The annual Christmas services in Appleton Chapel will be held today at 4.30 in the afternoon and 8.15 in the evening, and tomorrow at 8.15.

The Rev. Edward Caldwell Moore, Plummer Professor of Christian Morals and Chairman of the Board of Preachers, will conduct the services. Under the direction of Professor A. T. Davison '06, organist and choirmaster, a program of Christmas music will be sung by the choir of Appleton Chapel and the choral society of Radcliffe College.

Seats in the chapel will be reserved for students and officers of the University until five minutes before the beginning of the service. After that time the public will be admitted.

Children to Offer Gifts

All children of families connected with the University, if accompanied by an older person, are invited to be present at the afternoon service. Children of families who worship at the chapel are requested to bring toys or gifts of any sort to the carol services. These gifts will be distributed by the nurses of the Cambridge Visiting Nurses' Home.
