To the Editor of the CRIMSON:
You were a little lukewarm in your editorial concerning the Brooks House drive. You very kindly congratulate us upon going over the top but you say that our success was "hard-earned". If you call one hour's canvassing a night, for four nights, hard work, we have nothing to say. Those who collected the money did so in the belief that it was for a cause worthy of a little labor, and evidently those who gave it believed that it was deserving of enough generosity to put the Annual Drive comfortably over the top.
As for the success of Brooks House among the undergraduates, that is up to them. With their cooperation and yours we shall do the best we can. B. M. Henry '24 President Phillips Brooks House.
