INTENSIVE CAMPAIGN TO CONTINUE THROUGH NEXT WEEK FOR LOUVAIN FUND

NO REPORTS YET FROM GRADUATE SCHOOL CANVASSING

Slightly more than $400 has been raised to date in the University's Louvain Library drive according to figures given out last night by Chairman C. D. Whidden '23. This amount represents eight percent of the $5000 quota.

Although the returns of yesterday's canvassing were more encouraging than the report on any previous day of the drive, the Committee expressed the feeling that a more intensive campaign must be conducted by the collectors if the quota is to be raised at an early date. The drive will continue into next week until the $5000 is raised.

The amount raised to date in the College and the various graduate schools is as follows: College $275, Law School $22.25, Business School $20.50, Divinity School $15.

In addition to these figures, approximately $70 has been sent in by graduates outside of the University. Although the collection in the Medical School, Engineering School, and Dental School has been going on during the past week, no report of the result of the canvassing has been made.
