Mr. Edward A. Steiner of Grinnell College, Ia., will give an address at one o'clock this afternoon after a luncheon at the Liberal Club. Mr. Steiner, who is an authority on questions of race and immigration and the author of several books, among them "The Immigrant Tide", will speak on "The Mind of Europe".
