Tonight at 8.15 o'clock the second public performance of "Pastora", a five-act play of modern Spanish life by Miss Gertrude R. Thurber of the 47 Workshop, will be given at Agassiz House, Radcliffe College.
The play, which is for the benefit of the Radcliffe Endowment Fund, is under the direction of Professor G. P. Baker '87, and the cast has been chosen from members of the University who are taking the 47 Workshop course.
Two private performances, open only to members of the course, were stated on Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28 at the Agassiz House. The first public exhibition was held last night and was received very favorably. The cast of "Pastora" is as follows: Tickets for the performance tonight at $2.00, $1.50, and $.50 (side seats) are on sale at Herrick's and at the Cooperative, and may also be obtained by applying to Miss Lucy Talcott at the Radcliffe Endowment Headquarters, 603 Boylston St., Boston. The play will be given again tomorrow at Poli's Theatre, Worcester.
